The Pioneer Woman Cooks Autographed Book Giveaway

One of my favorite bloggers and friend Ree, The Pioneer Woman, has a brand new cookbook arriving in stores on March 13th titled Food From My Frontier.

A few months ago, I was lucky enough to do a few printable designs for her fans to pre-order the book. Now the book is available in stores and Ree is coming to a city near you!

I was so excited when Ree sent me the book a few weeks ago and feel like I’ve already gained a few pounds from drooling over the recipes!

The photo of Ree in the front of the book in her sandals roping a steer is too cute.  If you’re lucky enough to meet her on the tour, maybe she’ll get out a rope and show off some of her cowgirl moves!

I will have you know, I used to be a little rodeo girl and could rope a plastic steer head pretty darn good back in the day:-) I bet I could take her! ha.

Okay, back to this fabulous book…

Of course the book is full of scrumptious recipes, but also packed with wonderful photos of Ree’s life in Oklahoma.

As a small town Oklahoma girl myself, this country road has to be one of my favorite photos in the book. Makes me miss home, being in the middle of nowhere, honking at cattle to move out of the road. Then I visit the Starbucks three minutes from my house and get over my nostalgia very quickly!

I took a few photos of my favorite recipe pages. YUM! See, I told you I was drooling! Believe me when I say, you’ll really love the recipes. I especially love the drinks and can’t wait to make make some soon!

I stood in a very long line for Ree to sign her first book. I mean a LONG line! Her fans are amazing! The line is fun, as you can see I enjoyed listening to everyone chatting back then. {giggle}

So when Ree told me I was getting the new book early, imagine my cry of joy.. YES! No waiting this time!

And guess what??? You can skip the line too because I have an extra autographed book just for one on you!! Thanks Ree!!!

You should still go meet her though! You can just brag to your friends that your book is already signed:-)
